We are thrilled to welcome Stéphanie to Indigo as our new Manager of Operations and Employee Experience.

Stéphanie Maillé: Manager of Operations and Employee Experience, Indigo Consulting Canada

Stéphanie’s career highlights her ability to drive measurable results while fostering talent and enhancing the employee experience. Since 2022, she has served as Manager Training and Development at Canadian Fraud Management (CFM) in Toronto, where she led teams of facilitators and managers, working closely with business partners to identify and meet training needs.

Her expertise in building high-performing teams, coupled with her ability to navigate complex policies, processes, and human dynamics, sets her apart. Stéphanie has consistently demonstrated her strength in developing people, fostering collaboration across all organizational levels, and executing strategies that drive business success.

From 2018 to 2022, she led a team of over 30 professionals, spearheading key strategic initiatives in team structure, coaching models, and delivering exceptional virtual and in-person learning experiences. Prior to that, she served as a Senior Leadership Facilitator, facilitating leadership programs and supporting business needs, and held key leadership roles in Quebec, centralizing training efforts across the region.

Her early experience as a Customer Service Manager at TD Canada Trust from 2001 to 2012 further exemplifies her commitment to leadership, where she developed and coached teams to provide exceptional customer experiences. We are excited to have her bring her passion for talent development and operational excellence to Indigo.
